Agnesa Rusu, Deputy Director
Agnesa Rusu graduated the Journalism Faculty of the State University of Moldova. She studied at the Academy of Audio-Visual Arts – part of the studio „Moldova-Film”, class of Professor Valeriu Gagiu. From 1994 to 1996, she was coordinating methodologist at the Romanian Book Branch of the „Ion Creangă” Library in Chișinău and „Gh. Asachi” in Iași, Romania. Since 1996, she has been a literary editor in the musical registry of secretariat of the National Philharmonic „S. Lunchevici”. During 1998-2002, she was a secretary-reviewer and a scientific collaborator in the „Music-Advertising” duty at the National Opera and Ballet Theater. In the years 2002-2004, she was the Executive Director of „Euroart” Co., and from 2004 - 2013 - head of Artistic Management of the National Philharmonic „S. Lunchevici”.
Over the years she was engaged in various programs: media expert in the project „Local Public Administration” (international program „TACIS”), media expert in the European Union project „Regional Development”, coordinator in the children’s charity program „ BUBURUZA”- 2004.
She has completed the training program „Reinforcing Moldova Development Capacities by Strengthening its Cultural Sector” - (2007-2010), organized by the European Cultural Foundation „Amsterdam” and the Soros-Moldova Foundation. She attended courses of training at the Academy of Public Administration: „Communication in public administration” - 2008; „Managerial Skills” - 2010; „Public Policies”, 2010.
Since 2013, she is Vice Director of the National Philharmonic „S. Lunchevici”.
